New Internship cohorts now open every month

Engineering teams that finish the job.

HackedIn Solutions builds web platforms, mobile apps, AI systems and connected products for businesses across India and trains the engineers who build them. Small teams, two-week increments, and a working URL you can open before anyone sends you a status deck.

What is HackedIn Solutions?

HackedIn Solutions is a software engineering company headquartered in Bengaluru, India, with teams in Vijayawada and Chennai. We design and build web applications, mobile apps, AI and machine learning systems, and IoT products — and we run AICTE-listed internship programmes that train engineers on real, reviewed project work. Founded in 2022, we work with startups, enterprises, universities and government-adjacent bodies across India and the Gulf.

Internships

Most internships hand you
a tutorial. We hand you
a ticket.

You join a squad, pick work off a real backlog, open pull requests and get them reviewed by an engineer who tells you exactly what to change and why. By the end you have something deployed, with your name on the commits — not a certificate for watching videos.

  • Written code review on every pull request you open
  • Two scheduled mentor sessions a week, not a Slack channel
  • AICTE-recognised, independently verifiable certificate
  • Performance stipends from month two, stated up front

How we work

Six steps. No step
where you wait in the dark.

  1. 01

    Scope

    Days 1–3

A call, then a written scope: what we will build, what it costs, what could go wrong, and what we would cut first if the budget tightened. You get that document whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

    Design

    Week 1–2

Architecture and interface designed together, so nothing is drawn that cannot be built and nothing is built that has not been thought through. You approve before code starts.

  3. 03

    Build

    Every 2 weeks

Two-week increments, each ending in something you can click on a real URL. No status decks describing progress you cannot see.

  4. 04

    Harden

    Pre-launch

Performance budgets, accessibility audit, security review, load testing and the runbook for the three incidents most likely to happen first.

  5. 05

    Launch

    Release week

Staged rollout with monitoring in place and a rollback that has been tested. We are on the call during the release, not reading about it afterwards.

  6. 06

    Hand over

    Ongoing

Documentation, a recorded walkthrough and a training session. You own the code, the accounts and the keys. Support afterwards is your choice, not a dependency.

Defence AI, sensing, and
the systems in between.

An air-gapped LLM over defence technical archives, multi-sensor track fusion, vision inspection on a production line — and the HR, payroll and recruitment systems businesses run on. Four are in delivery now. Client names are withheld where an NDA applies; the numbers are not.

What our team says

The people who
actually do the work.

I have led data science work on DRDO projects here at HackedIn Solutions — defence-grade problems where the analysis has to hold up to scrutiny and the model has to work on the data you actually get, not the data you wanted. Very few places in the country give an engineer that kind of problem this early.
Sreekanth Lead Data Scientist
We are deliberately small and we intend to stay that way. Every client gets the engineers they met at kickoff, a working build every fortnight, and code they own outright. That is the whole proposition, and it is why our clients stay.
Mohan K Managing Director
The collaborative instinct here is real. Leadership listens to a new idea before deciding whether it is a good one, and the environment is inclusive and supportive without being soft on quality.
Bala Gangadhar Director
Working here means you are given room. The expertise on the development side is genuine, and we are pushing at what is possible rather than repeating a project we already did.

Questions

The things people ask
before they call.

What does HackedIn Solutions actually do?

We are a software engineering company based in India. We build web platforms, mobile applications, AI and machine learning systems, and connected IoT products for businesses — and we run structured, mentored internship programmes that train engineers on real client-adjacent work.

How do projects start?

With a call, usually thirty minutes. If it looks like a fit, you get a written scope within 48 hours covering what we would build, what it costs, the risks we can see and what we would cut first if the budget tightened. That document is yours whether or not you proceed.

What does a project cost?

Fixed-scope projects start around ₹1.5 lakh; a dedicated squad starts around ₹2.2 lakh a month; support retainers start around ₹45,000 a month. The honest answer for your project comes in the written scope, because the range across a brochure site and a platform is enormous.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. Work happens in your repository and your cloud account wherever possible. There is no proprietary framework, no licence to keep renewing and no leverage held over you at renewal time.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We work with clients across the Gulf, Southeast Asia, the UK and the US. We keep at least four hours of overlap with your working day and will say so plainly if a timezone makes a particular engagement a bad idea.
