With a call, usually thirty minutes. If it looks like a fit, you get a written scope within 48 hours covering what we would build, what it costs, the risks we can see and what we would cut first if the budget tightened. That document is yours whether or not you proceed.

Fixed-scope projects start around ₹1.5 lakh; a dedicated squad starts around ₹2.2 lakh a month; support retainers start around ₹45,000 a month. The honest answer for your project comes in the written scope, because the range across a brochure site and a platform is enormous.

You do, from the first commit. Work happens in your repository and your cloud account wherever possible. There is no proprietary framework, no licence to keep renewing and no leverage held over you at renewal time.

Yes. We work with clients across the Gulf, Southeast Asia, the UK and the US. We keep at least four hours of overlap with your working day and will say so plainly if a timezone makes a particular engagement a bad idea.

Common and welcome. We augment teams, take a workstream nobody has capacity for, or come in for a specific capability such as AI, embedded or DevOps. Your team leads; we fit into their process rather than importing ours.

Performance-based stipends begin in the second month for interns meeting the cohort review bar. The first month is structured training and is unpaid. We state this on every programme page rather than in fine print.

Yes. Completion certificates are issued through our AICTE-listed internship programme and are independently verifiable. They are issued only on completing the full duration and the capstone review.

Yes, and most interns do. Mentor sessions are scheduled in the evening, the work is asynchronous, and exam weeks can be declared in advance so the timeline adjusts around them.

You leave with deployed work, a reviewed commit history, a certificate and a written reference. Where a role is open, strong interns are considered first — a meaningful share of our engineering team started in a cohort.

Two-week increments that each end in something you can open in a browser. Slippage becomes visible in a fortnight rather than at the deadline, and you get told the week we know, with options rather than an apology.

You get documentation, a recorded walkthrough and a training session, plus 30 days of post-launch support. After that a retainer is available, but it is optional — the handover is designed so you could run it without us.

An NDA before any commercially sensitive discussion, access scoped to the minimum required, and no client data used for anything other than the engagement. For AI work we document exactly what leaves your perimeter and configure zero-retention settings on third-party APIs.

Yes, it is a large share of what we do. We begin with a short audit documenting what exists, what is risky and what moving forward would cost. You own that document even if you then decide to go elsewhere.
