Internship programme

Full Stack Development Internship
Build and ship a real application, reviewed line by line.

Most internships hand you a tutorial. This one hands you a ticket. You join a small squad, pick up work from a real backlog, open pull requests, and get them reviewed by an engineer who will tell you exactly what to change and why. By week twelve you have something deployed, with your name on the commits.

Duration
12 weeks
Mode
Remote or hybrid (Bengaluru / Vijayawada)
Next intake
Rolling

Day to day

What you actually do.

  • Work from a real backlog with tickets, estimates and a weekly demo
  • Open pull requests and receive written code review on every one
  • Pair with a mentor for two scheduled sessions each week
  • Deploy your own work to a live environment, not a localhost screenshot
  • Present your project to the team at the end of the cohort

Structure

12 weeks, phase by phase.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Foundations and the working environment

    • HTML semantics, modern CSS layout and responsive design
    • JavaScript fundamentals, the DOM and asynchronous patterns
    • Git, branching, pull requests and reading someone else's code
    • Your development environment set up the way the team uses it
  2. Weeks 3–5

    Front end in earnest

    • React: components, state, effects and data fetching
    • TypeScript basics and why the team insists on them
    • Component libraries, accessibility and design tokens
    • Your first shipped feature on a real project
  3. Weeks 6–8

    Back end and data

    • Node.js and Express, or Python and Django — your track
    • Relational modelling in PostgreSQL, plus when to reach for MongoDB
    • REST and API design, authentication and authorisation
    • Writing tests that catch the bug you actually introduced
  4. Weeks 9–12

    Ship it

    • Docker, CI/CD and deploying to a cloud environment
    • Performance profiling, caching and error monitoring
    • A capstone feature built end to end and released
    • Portfolio review, résumé feedback and a mock technical interview

Roles in this track

  • Full Stack Development Intern
  • Frontend Development Intern
  • Backend Development Intern

What you will use

  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js

  • Git & GitHub
  • Docker
  • Vercel / AWS

What you leave with

  • A deployed application you can demo in an interview
  • A public commit history with reviewed pull requests
  • An AICTE-recognised internship certificate on completion
  • A written performance reference from your mentor
  • Consideration for a full-time offer where a role is open

Who this is for

Eligibility, stated
plainly.

We would rather turn someone away at the application stage than three weeks into a cohort. If you are unsure whether you qualify, apply and ask — we answer honestly.

  • Students in any year of a B.E., B.Tech, MCA, BCA or equivalent programme
  • Recent graduates changing track into software
  • A laptop and a stable internet connection
  • Around 20 hours a week — we are honest that less will not work

Questions

About this programme.

Is this internship paid?

Performance-based stipends are offered from the second month for interns meeting the cohort review bar, and full-time offers are extended to the strongest interns when a role is open. The first month is unpaid and structured as training — we say so up front rather than in the fine print.

Do I need prior experience?

No. The first two weeks assume you have written some code in a college course and nothing more. What we do need is consistency — interns who disappear for a week rarely recover the thread.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes. On completing the full twelve weeks and the capstone review you receive a verifiable completion certificate, issued through our AICTE-listed internship programme, plus a written reference from the mentor who reviewed your work.

Can I do this alongside college?

Yes, and most interns do. Mentor sessions are scheduled in the evening and the work is asynchronous. Exam weeks can be declared in advance and the timeline adjusts.
