Internships

Most internships hand you a tutorial.
We hand you a ticket.

You join a squad, pick work off a real backlog, open pull requests and get them reviewed by an engineer who tells you exactly what to change and why. By the end you have something deployed, with your name on the commits.

Programmes

Five tracks. Pick the one
you would actually finish.

Every track runs on the same model — real work, a named mentor, written review and a capstone you defend. What changes is the subject and who it suits.

Why this one

What makes it different
from the free ones.

Real work, not a curriculum

You take tickets off a live backlog. The work is scoped so an intern can finish it, but it is not invented for you.

A named mentor

One engineer is responsible for you. Two scheduled sessions a week, plus written review on every pull request you open.

A certificate that verifies

Issued through our AICTE-listed programme and independently checkable. Awarded on completion and capstone review, not attendance.

A portfolio, not a PDF

You leave with something deployed at a URL and a public commit history. That is what an interviewer actually looks at.

Honest feedback

Written performance reviews at the halfway point and the end, including the things you would rather not hear. That is the point of a mentor.

A path to a job

Strong interns are considered first when a role opens. A meaningful share of our engineering team started in a cohort.

Read this before applying

The part most programmes
put in the fine print.

  • The first month is structured training and is unpaid. Performance-based stipends begin in month two for interns meeting the cohort review bar.
  • It needs 15–20 hours a week. Interns who disappear for a fortnight rarely recover the thread, and we will say so rather than let you drift.
  • Not everyone finishes. The certificate is awarded on completing the full duration and the capstone review — which is why it means something.
  • A full-time offer is not guaranteed. It is extended to strong interns when a role is open, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.

Recognition

A certificate someone
can actually verify.

Our internship programme is listed with AICTE, India's technical education regulator, and certificates are issued through Accredible so a recruiter can confirm one in a click. We also work directly with Krishna University, Nagarjuna University and EduPhoenix Solutions on cohort intake.

Questions

Before you apply.

Are the internships paid?

Performance-based stipends begin in the second month for interns meeting the cohort review bar. The first month is structured training and is unpaid. We state this on every programme page rather than in fine print.

Is the certificate recognised?

Yes. Completion certificates are issued through our AICTE-listed internship programme and are independently verifiable. They are issued only on completing the full duration and the capstone review.

Can I do an internship while studying?

Yes, and most interns do. Mentor sessions are scheduled in the evening, the work is asynchronous, and exam weeks can be declared in advance so the timeline adjusts around them.

What happens after the internship?

You leave with deployed work, a reviewed commit history, a certificate and a written reference. Where a role is open, strong interns are considered first — a meaningful share of our engineering team started in a cohort.

How do I apply?

Pick a programme, use the form on its page or email us with your CV and a short note about what you want to build. We reply to every application, including the ones we turn down.

Applications

Send a CV and one paragraph
about what you want to build.

We read every application and reply to every one, including the ones we turn down. If a track is full we will tell you when the next cohort opens rather than leave you waiting.
