Service

IoT & Embedded Systems
From the sensor to the dashboard, one team.

Connected products break at the seams — between the board and the firmware, the firmware and the network, the network and the cloud. We work across all of them, so nobody gets to say the problem is on the other side of the boundary.

What you get out of it

  • Hardware, firmware and cloud designed as one system
  • Power budgets that hit the battery life you promised
  • Over-the-air updates from the first shipped unit
  • A telemetry view that answers questions from the field

Capabilities

What this covers.

01

Firmware engineering

Bare-metal and RTOS firmware on ESP32, STM32, nRF and Raspberry Pi class hardware. Watchdogs, brown-out handling and a bootloader that survives a failed update.

02

Connectivity

BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN, Zigbee and cellular. We pick the radio from your range, power and cost constraints rather than from habit.

03

Device management

Provisioning, secure identity, remote configuration and staged OTA rollouts across a fleet, with health data you can act on.

04

Edge intelligence

On-device inference with TensorFlow Lite Micro and quantised models, so decisions happen where the data is and bandwidth stays cheap.

05

Telemetry & dashboards

Time-series ingestion, alerting rules and operator dashboards that make a fleet legible to people who are not engineers.

06

Prototype to production

Breadboard to enclosure: schematic review, PCB layout support, bring-up, certification guidance and manufacturing test fixtures.

Technology

What we build it with.

Proven tools for the load-bearing parts, newer ones where the upside is real. Nobody should be debugging our curiosity at 2am.

  • ESP32
  • STM32
  • nRF52
  • Raspberry Pi
  • FreeRTOS
  • Zephyr
  • C / C++
  • MicroPython

Deliverables

What lands in your hands.

  • System architecture and bill of materials
  • Schematic and PCB review notes
  • Production firmware with OTA support
  • Cloud ingestion and device management back end
  • Operator dashboard and alerting
  • Test procedures and certification checklist

Questions

About iot & embedded.

Do you design the hardware as well as the firmware?

We design and review schematics and support PCB layout, and we work with fabrication and assembly partners in India for small runs. For high-volume manufacturing we work alongside your chosen contract manufacturer rather than replacing them.

Can you work with a board we already have?

Yes, and it is common. We start with bring-up and a short report on what the existing board can and cannot support, which occasionally saves a client from a revision they did not need.

How do you handle firmware updates in the field?

Every project ships with a signed, resumable OTA path and an A/B partition scheme, so a device that loses power mid-update comes back on the previous image instead of bricking. Rollouts are staged by cohort, never all at once.
