UI/UX Design
Design that survives engineering.

A design is only finished when it is built. We work in the same room as the developers, hand over components rather than pictures, and specify the states that get forgotten — empty, loading, error, offline, and the one with far more data than the mockup had.

What you get out of it

  • Research findings you can point to when decisions get argued
  • A design system, not a folder of one-off screens
  • Accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA checked, not assumed
  • Handover specs developers do not have to interpret

Capabilities

What this covers.

01

Discovery & research

Stakeholder interviews, user conversations, competitive teardowns and a synthesis document that names the problem before anyone opens a design tool.

02

Information architecture

Sitemaps, flows and navigation models — the structural work that decides whether people find things, and which quietly drives SEO too.

03

Interface design

High-fidelity screens for every state and breakpoint, built from reusable components rather than drawn one page at a time.

04

Design systems

Tokens, components, usage rules and documentation, delivered in Figma and mirrored in code so the two do not drift apart.

05

Prototyping & testing

Clickable prototypes put in front of real users, with recorded sessions and a prioritised list of what to fix.

06

Brand & identity

Logo refinement, colour and type systems, illustration direction and the asset kit your marketing team keeps asking for.

Technology

What we build it with.

Proven tools for the load-bearing parts, newer ones where the upside is real. Nobody should be debugging our curiosity at 2am.

Questions

About ui/ux design.

Can you design without also building?

Yes. Design-only engagements are common, and the handover is written for a development team we have never met — tokens, component specs, interaction notes and edge-case states, not just a Figma link.

Do you redesign existing products?

Frequently. We usually start with a usability audit and analytics review so the redesign targets measured problems rather than taste, then phase the rollout so you are never shipping a big-bang change.

Is accessibility included?

Yes, at WCAG 2.1 AA as standard: colour contrast, focus order, keyboard paths, touch target sizing and screen reader labelling. It is checked during design rather than retrofitted after a complaint.
