Service

Cloud & DevOps
Infrastructure you can reason about at 3am.

Good infrastructure is defined by what does not happen: no surprise bill, no manual deploy, no single person who knows how staging works. We set up the boring version — version-controlled, reproducible, documented — and leave your team able to run it.

Who it is for
Product teams outgrowing manual deploys
Engagement
Fixed scope or squad

What you get out of it

  • Every environment defined in code and rebuildable
  • Deploys that take minutes and can be rolled back
  • Alerts that fire on user impact, not CPU graphs
  • A cloud bill with a line-by-line explanation

Capabilities

What this covers.

01

Cloud architecture

Landing zones, networking, IAM and environment separation on AWS, Azure or GCP — designed for the size you are, with room for the size you want.

02

Infrastructure as code

Terraform modules with remote state, review-gated plans and drift detection. No console clicks that nobody can reproduce.

03

CI/CD pipelines

Build, test, scan and deploy through GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, with preview environments per pull request and a rollback that is one click.

04

Containers & orchestration

Docker images that are small and reproducible, running on ECS, Kubernetes or a managed platform — whichever your team can actually operate.

05

Observability

Structured logs, metrics, traces and SLO-based alerting, so the on-call page means something is genuinely wrong.

06

Cost & security review

Right-sizing, reserved capacity, orphaned resource cleanup, least-privilege IAM and secret management. Usually pays for itself.

Technology

What we build it with.

Proven tools for the load-bearing parts, newer ones where the upside is real. Nobody should be debugging our curiosity at 2am.

Deliverables

What lands in your hands.

  • Current-state architecture and risk review
  • Terraform repository for every environment
  • Automated deployment pipeline
  • Monitoring, logging and alert routing
  • Runbooks for the incidents you are likeliest to hit

Questions

About cloud & devops.

Can you work inside our existing cloud account?

Yes, and we prefer it. We work under a scoped role in your account, so everything we build stays yours and there is no migration at the end of the engagement.

Do you offer ongoing on-call support?

We offer business-hours support retainers and, for a handful of clients, extended-hours coverage. For 24/7 we would rather train and equip your team than be a single point of failure.

How much can we realistically save on cloud cost?

For teams who have never done a cost review, 25–40% is a common range, mostly from right-sizing, storage lifecycle policies and switching steady workloads to committed pricing. We quantify the opportunity in the first two weeks so you can decide whether the rest is worth doing.

Next step

Need cloud & devops?
Start with a call.

A thirty-minute call, then a written scope within 48 hours covering what we would build, what it costs and where the risk sits. That document is yours whether or not you hire us.
