HR Executive
You will run hiring for a growing engineering team and manage internship cohorts that now run every month. The job is part recruiting, part operations, and entirely about people having a good experience whether or not we hire them.
What you will do
- Own the hiring pipeline from sourcing to offer
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates genuinely informed
- Manage internship cohort intake, onboarding and certification
- Maintain university and AICTE partnership relationships
- Run onboarding and keep employee records in order
What we need from you
- Experience recruiting, ideally for technical roles
- Clear written and spoken English and Telugu
- Organised enough that nobody falls through a crack
- Comfortable with an ATS and a spreadsheet
Nice to have
Genuinely optional. We have hired people who had none of these.
- Campus hiring experience
- Employer branding or content work
- Understanding of Indian labour compliance basics
